  ZERO STARS! First time here, and had a beyond awful experience. Was given a specific price when I called and made the appointment. The appointment took almost 6 hours and I was almost late to work because of it. My stylist left me several times to go help other customers, and when she did this she left a chemical on my hair too long staining my hair bright purple. I was told they would fix it free of charge since it wasn't my fault. A few hours of burning scalp pain later, my hair was finally back to normal. Finally went up to pay after being there for nearly 6 hours and the lady at the desk informed me my total was $151. This was not the price I was originally promised. Not only was I told I wouldn't be charged for the several extra things that would be done to my hair because of THEIR MISTAKE, but I wasn't even given any options to what could be done, they just told me they were doing it. Not to mention they said free of charge, which apparently was their way of conning me in to agreeing to get the extra done. They definitely took advantage of the fact that I was a new customer. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Not sure about anyone else, but EVERYWHERE I have ever been has ALWAYS fixed their own mistakes happily and FREE OF CHARGE.
