  By far the worst experience I've ever had at any place I've lived. They are rude, uncaring, and don't give a shi*t! We don't have any fire alarms or carbon monoxide alarms. None of the windows open, our backdoor doesn't open, it took almost 2 months for someone to come fix the front door because I (being a girl) couldn't get it open, my boyfriend had to do it.We have 1 heater in the house on the opposite side of the house so it doesn't heat anything except the room it's in. They act so nice until you need something and then just magically forget to call you back or do any repairs. We moved in during summer not knowing any problems we would have during the winter, the house doesn't just sweat, it pours, it's extremely humid and everything is covered in mold, which again they refuse to do anything. I have a 3 month old living here and we have to move out while my boyfriend stays until the lease is up. DO NOT GO THROUGH REMAX,! Especially Dennis W!
